Finance chases an invoice support already waived. When Samsung engineers pasted source code into a public AI tool, the company had no way of seeing it until a blanket ban was the only option left.
Put AI on top of that, and it inherits the same blindness, only faster and far more confidently. When Air Canada's chatbot invented a refund policy, the model was not stupid; nothing had checked its work before it reached a customer. That gap, between what a company knows and what its systems can prove, is why we started Syfter. It is not the exciting part of AI, which is precisely why it was still there to build.

Every answer should carry its evidence: the documents it read, the rule it applied, how sure it is, and who still needs to approve. Nobody should have to take an AI's word for anything.
Recommend, don't act unchecked.
By default a system should suggest, not decide. A company's own rules govern when it may do more, and showing it choose not to act matters as much as what it does.
Your systems stay exactly where they are.
The right layer sits above the tools a company already runs and reads across them. Real progress should never demand a migration or a new system of record.
